Eat a lot of fruits and veggies Vitamins, minerals, fiber—these are just a few things that fruits and vegetables extensively provided. Try to eat at least five servings per day in different dishes. For instance, you can have a glass of fresh fruit juice or fruit blend on breakfast, a piece of watermelon or bananas as snacks, and a variety of veggies every meal. Avoid salty and sugary foods Adults love sweet foods as much as kids. But be extra careful, there must be the moderation of sweets. Eating and drinking sugary foods and drinks must be on occasional times only. On the other hand, having a high salt intake can increase the risk of cardiovascular diseases and can result in high blood pressure. Here are ways to reduce salty foods:
Eat regularly Avoid skipping meals, especially breakfast, as it only leads to uncontrollable hunger; resulting in overeating.
